Canceling Order:

YES, you can cancel/change your order within the day of receiving a confirmation. However, if your order was already process and transport to the shipping distributor, we can no longer manage to cancel/change your order.

If you still like to proceed with canceling the order, please be informed that there will be a £10 Cancellation fee for the customize package and partial transport.

NOTE: We have a cancellation fee £10 for customize package and item restocking.
